Qian Ning étudie le cinéma à l’Université Nationale des Arts de Taiwan. Sa dernière œuvre Tales of the Dark fut sélectionnée au Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival. Son cinéma est empli d’un attrait pour le fantastique, essayant d’utiliser ce genre pour étudier la contemporanéité.

1994年生，毕业于中国美术学院。她执导的作品曾多次在中外电影节中入选并获奖，并被当代中国动画电影档案馆及中国美术学院博物馆收藏。《间歇》入选2023年乌普萨拉短片电影节国际竞赛单元和Animatou国际动画电影节。
